Seven of our catering students competed in a cooking competition in Dunedin at John McGlashan College on Friday 21 June - with Blake Witbrock taking out the gold in pasta.

On Friday 21 June 2024 seven students went to John McGlashan College to compete in the Battle of the Pans Cooking Competition run by Service IQ, where Blake Witbrock brought home the gold medal for pasta!

The nerves set in a bit, but the students all did an amazing job, and created some delicious dishes. A lot of work went into their dishes and drinks and it showed in their work ethic and performance on the day - with amazing results achieved. Thanks to a Service IQ for running the event and to John McGlashan College for hosting.
